DESCRIPTION HERE - PLEASE READ! - IMPORTANT
Introducing the T-60 Power Helmet, life-sized - Unassembled FULL KIT - FO4 Mechsuit version! Vacuum-Formed with High Impact Styrene Sheets. GLOW-IN-THE-DARK Lamp.
PLEASE READ: This is the HELMET of the T60 Power Armor FULL Kit - and includes the following:
1) Helmet Shells - left and right sides (vacuum formed)
2) Corrugated tubing
3) reflective mirror lens (for eye slits)
4) knobs and switches
5) brow bar + pins
6) eye bars
-The last photos are intended for reference to show what can be made from these shells and where parts will be connected.
-Significant assembly by buyer will be required, I am simply providing the base + parts for the DIY kit.
-This helmet is separated into 2 high-impact styrene segments or quarters that will need to be assembled by buyer.
-This product is UNASSEMBLED and includes the shells of the helmet, 3d printed parts, corrugated tubing, lens/visor, and other theatrical components.
-Buyer will be required to assemble how they see fit.
IMPORTANT - Buyer will need the following to assemble:
1) Hot glue gun or other bonding tool
2) black industrial grade "Workpro" glue sticks - Use these to connect parts (available on Amazon)
3) Fiberglass Resin - apply to increase durability ( available on Amazon) (OPTIONAL)
4) Disposable paint brushes to apply resin
5) Sandpaper - course, medium, fine (optional)
6) EVA Foam sheets 3mm thick (optional) - Used to line shells up in order to connect at the seams/lip.
NOTE - I recommend lining the interior of this helmet with 3mm eva foam sheets for added stability. Utilize adhesive spray glue to line EVA foam inside the helmet if you choose to do so. DO NOT USE Contact Cement. Contact Cement and High Impact Styrene do not mix well and may deform the shells. I recommend using clamps to hold two parts together as you adhere each piece with hot glue, or alternatively, cutting a strip of EVA foam and gluing the strip to one side of the shell, then connecting the other helmet shell to that foam strip.
The shells are simply the vacuum-formed armor formed around the molds. Buyer will need to determine how they wish to assemble. Photographs are included for reference. Imperfections exist such as minor wrinkling and bumps. Sold as part of a DIY T60 Life-Sized power armor kit.
Video tutorials on assembly can be found on Instagram @Dead_exposuredf.
-SOLD "AS-IS" to keep prices down. Please message if you would like additional details on how to assemble armor.
Dimensions: Approx. 13 x 14 x 15 inches (When Assembled)
Weight: 1-2 pounds - lightweight for continued use without fatigue
Perfect for DIY projects or cosplay amor.
