1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the Site to engage in fraud, harassment, or the sale/distribution of harmful materials.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content from the Site without written permission from Xposed Designs.

2. Age Requirements

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Product Information and Handmade Nature

Xposed Designs sells thermoformed armor kits, 3D-printed props, custom cosplay components, and handmade/hand-finished goods. Due to the nature of these items:

• Minor cosmetic variations may occur between products.
• Some products may require assembly, trimming, painting, or finishing by the customer.
• Colors, textures, and material appearance may vary slightly from photos.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

4. Custom Orders & Commissions

Custom work—including custom paint jobs, weathering, sizing adjustments, or full commissions—is performed based on customer specifications.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
• Lead times are estimates and may vary.
• Once custom work begins, cancellations are not permitted.
• Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective in materials or workmanship.

5. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for:

• Suspected fraud
• Errors in product availability
• Errors in pricing or listing information

Processing times vary by product type. Estimated timelines are provided on product pages but are not guarantees.

6. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

• Shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control.
• Once a package is marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the buyer.
• Lost or stolen package cases will be individually reviewed but cannot be guaranteed for replacement or refund.
• International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, product designs, molds, videos, logos, brand names, text, and digital content on the Site are the exclusive property of Xposed Designs LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content without written authorization.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any of our products, molds, or production methods.
• Use the Site for resale of our intellectual property or designs.
• Misrepresent our products as your own creations.

Violations may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xposed Designs LLC is not liable for:

• Personal injury resulting from improper use of cosplay items, armor, or props.
• Damage caused by customer modification, assembly, or misuse.
• Loss of data, profit, or business interruption.

All items are sold “as-is” with no warranties except those expressly stated.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xposed Designs LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of our products
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
