Find Your Fit
Xposed Designs kits are made in the USA with thermoformed ABS shells and closed-cell EVA foam liners. Most pieces ship as one size fits most adult builders; the NCR Veteran Ranger Chest Plate also comes in XXL.
How to Measure
- 01
Head Circumference
Run a soft tape around your head just above the brow line and over the widest part of the back. Keep the tape level. Note to the nearest quarter inch.

Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms. Breathe normally; do not flex or hold air.
- 03
Waist
Measure around your natural waist (smallest point, usually just above the belly button). Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
- 04
Shoulder Width
From the outer edge of one shoulder to the other, across the back. Helpful for chest plate fit on the NCR Veteran Ranger line.
- 05
Inseam
From the inner thigh to the ankle bone. Only needed for full-body power armor kits.

EVA Foam Liner
Closed-cell foam padding inside every helmet shell. Add or remove layers to dial in the fit, absorb impact, and kill internal echo.
Strap Hardware
Nylon webbing with quick-release buckles and sliding adjusters on every armor piece, so torso length and shoulder width can be tuned on the fly.
Suspension Liner
Optional upgrade on select helmets only: an adjustable cradle that redistributes weight over longer convention days. If you would like suspension liners on specific products, please reach out to us.
