Introducing the Combat Armor Full Body Armor Set from FO3 and FNV, life-sized - Unassembled- ThermoFormed with ABS. This is the FULL kit. Four options: 1) No Paint - No Buckles 2) No Paint + Buckles 3) Paint - No Buckles 4) Paint + Buckles

This is DIY Shell Armor and Unfinished. Buyer may apply materials like resin, EVA foam, and sand this armor as they see fit.

NOTE - I recommend lining the interior of this armor with 3mm eva foam sheets for added comfort. Utilize adhesive spray glue or contact cement to line EVA foam inside the chest armor if you choose to do so.

IMPORTANT - Buyer should consider the following materials for this build:
1) Hot glue gun or other bonding tool - used to glue straps
2) EVA Foam sheets 3mm thick (optional)
3) Contact Cement + Heat gun + Brushes

These shells are simply thermoformed armor formed around the molds/bucks. DIY by buyer required in order to keep costs down. Buyer will need to determine how they wish to assemble or complete this project. Photographs are included for reference.
